"The manager and employees were great , my son wanted a cake pop and a pink drink but once he tasted the drink he did not like it and wanted iced coffee like mommy . They dont make decaf iced coffee but the manager went above and beyond and got decaf hot coffee and poured over ice multiple times so it was cold for him . She asked how he wanted his coffee and let him order which made him very happy . It was great service and my son was so happy . We also had stopped there last night for fraps too and they tasted like blended ice not carmel fraps and they remade them right away for us , they still kinda tasted like blended ice and a tiny bit of flavor but we did not want to ask them to remake them a second time . The manager and the employees were all excellent and we were really happy with our service and experience"

"We came here to defrost after a 9 degree boardwalk stroll. Everyone here was outstanding, they gave great recommendations when my face was so frozen I could barely speak. Christopher was so so so pleasant and kind, but both guys working there were absolute gentlemen. Plus the drinks were perfect. Thank you, both!"

"in 2024-2025 i saw this place often understaffed. sometimes only one person would be working and there would be a line of a dozen customers. on my recent visit though, there were 2 people working, and the line was moving normally. the improvements are welcomed."
